A small, hard-working consulting firm based in Melbourne. Established in 2003, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to success. Crewing, project management, logistics, visas, conflict resolution, industrial relations and EBA's, we offer our clients the full package.

Henk worked all over the world in O&G before settling in a quiet coastal town in Victoria. He first began running his own company in 2001 advising company owners facing challenges. He developed a passion for resolving challenges in Offshore Operations Management including Ports, Towage & Pilotage and is now a national accredited mediator as well.

Henk runs Offshore Australia and as the architect of human relations he believes; communication is the problem, communication is the solution

Jill is  lady of few words. Jill just gets things done in a thorough compliant matter. That's what we want and what she does. No embellishment just outcomes.Just don't pinch her away from us!

Sharon has worked for the biggest and the best in Australia before settling down in Sydney. Otherwise known in the office as the creative mind, her charm and willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building "down to earthness" amongst our stakeholders.

Despite her fondness for efficiency, Sharon doesn't take prisoners and is a great team builder who likes nothing more than spending time with the dogs, family, garden and her hobbies.

Melissa solves any matter we have in a very low key, soft spoken and very efficient manner. Her approach to the legal world is novel and extremely effective. She loves people albeit doesn't tolerate fools lightely. In her spare time, she likes to run and spend time with her loved ones.
